General
  • By placing your order with Vanguardgrafx you agree to the terms outlined in our Terms & Conditions
  • We reserve the right to change our product’s prices at any time without further notice. Please always double check for an updated pricing.
Artwork
  • All though we do our best to provide artwork proofs quickly, designers have up to 24 hours to organise proofs. If you have made a large artwork request, proof turnaround time is subject to change if you are unsure about how long an artwork proof will take please check with your designer.
  • All order information must be supplied prior to approval. This includes but is not limited to delivery address, special instructions and install instructions.
  • Please proof read (spelling and grammar) and check all other aspects of your proof. We will accept no responsibility for errors once the proof has been approved.
  • High resolution pictures to be provided at all times (images to be at least over 500kb in size). We accept no responsibility for blurry or pixelated printing caused by low resolution pictures provided to us.
  • Printing will commence after the final proof has been reviewed and we have received written approval only.
  • Artwork charges include 1 original proof and 2 sets of revisions. Any additional changes or rework will incur an artwork fee.
  • Once the first proof has been received a minimum of $55 will be incurred as artwork fee in the case of cancellation.
  • For signage required for weekend installation orders in full (including order, address and text specification, images, and installation instructions) must be submitted by Thursday 5pm. Final approval deadline for weekend installation is 12 noon Fridays, approvals after this time will be installed the following week. Please note these deadlines do not apply to public holidays, if there is a public holiday please check amended turnaround times.
Flyers/ Brochures/ Booklets and Stationary
  • For Flyers and Brochures print times please refer to turn around time table.
Standard Framed Signage
  • All signs are the property of Vanguardgrafx and are installed for a rental period of 9 months. All rentals over the 9 month period are automatically processed for extension this incurs a rental extension fee. If you wish the rental to no longer remain please request removal online or contact removals@vanguardgrafx.com.au. If you do not request removal within the first week of the rental expiry the rental extension fee is non-refundable.
  • If not stated in the order the sign is assumed as a rental, signs can be purchased out right for an additional fee.
  • Please note our rental signage is property specific only. Moving our signs to another property voids your rental agreement with us resulting in a purchase outright charge.
  • Applying third party overlays (excluding SOLD or UNDER OFFER stickers) to our signage voids your rental agreement and may incur a purchase outright fee or sign removal.
  • Any sign damaged by vendors or third parties will incur a damages fee that equates to cost of that sign purchased outright.
  • Outer metro installs incur an additional $77.00 fee and have an extended installation turnaround.
  • Signs bound for country location are required to be purchased outright. Please note once a sign is purchased outright it is no longer the property of Vanguardgrafx, we are not responsible for the installation, removal or relocation of signage. We have options for delivery to country locations, please check with your designer for costs and details.
  • Signage to be installed within 24-48 hours after written approval is received (excluding Sunday and Monday).
  • For signage required for weekend installation orders in full (including order, address and text specification, images, and installation instructions) must be submitted by Thursday 5pm. Final approval deadline for weekend installation is 12 noon Fridays, approvals after this time will be installed the following week. Please note these deadlines do not apply to public holidays, if there is a public holiday please check amended turnaround times.
  • Graffiti removal is a $55 call out fee and is not 100% guaranteed. If unsuccessful, the call out fee is non-refundable. If you wish to replace the board it will be charged at full cost
  • All reinstalls, or repositions incur a $55.00 reinstall fee.
  • If installation instructions are not provided installation will be at the discretion of the installer, if we are required to adjust the position picked by the installer this will incur a repositioning fee.
  • If installation instructions provided are deemed unsafe or are physically impossible installation will be left to the discretion of the installer, if we are required to adjust the position picked by the installer this will incur a repositioning fee.
Liteline
  • Litelines require good sun exposure for maximum efficiency. Liteline will not work correctly if placed under a street light
  • Turnaround: Sign installation is as normal 24-48 hour turnaround after artwork is approved, then the Liteline will be installed within 3-4 business days from the time the board has been installed.
  • STOLEN OR DAMAGED LITELINES INCUR A $200 FEE IN ADDITION TO RENTAL PRICE
  • If a client orders a Liteline for a certain amount of days but then wishes to extend that time period, they only pay the difference in costs.
  • There is no refund, if you order a Liteline for certain amount of days and then need the Sign/Liteline removed before that time period is up.
  • Litelines are currently not available for purchasing outright
  • No cancellation fee applies unless the Liteline has been installed
  • Please email reception@vanguardgrafx.com.au in regards to out of metro installs
Litebox & Solabox
  • Client needs to provide power point location when order is placed for Liteboxes. The Solabox requires a minimum of 5 hours of 'direct' sunlight per day to fully re-charge its batteries.
  • Collector / Battery unit is for 6 weeks hire only on Solabox
  • Litebox/Solabox installation is 3-4 business day after artwork is approved.
  • Litebox/Solabox incur $200 cancellation fee
  • STOLEN OR DAMAGED LITEBOX WILL INCUR THE TOTAL PRICE OF A WHOLE NEW LITEBOX ON TOP OF RENTAL FEE
  • STOLEN OR DAMAGED TRANSFORMER AND/OR CABLE INCUR A $50 FEE PER UNIT. LOSS OF SOLAR MODULE - $300
  • Solar panel and battery components remain the property of Vanguardgrafx and therefore require collection at the same time as the signboard
